Survey Options

CEL & Associates, Inc., in response to the requests from and the needs within the real estate industry, has developed four primary and one custom-based survey options. These five options are:

1. Tenant Surveys: For applications within the office, retail and industrial sectors.
2. Resident Surveys: For applications within the multifamily and for-sale residential sectors.
3. Employee Surveys: For applications within real estate organizations.
4. Facility Surveys: For applications within corporate facilities.
5. Custom Surveys: For applications within the brokerage sector; measuring third-party client, lender or investor satisfaction; assessing product or service satisfaction provided by vendors; and measuring industry or public opinions on one or more timely topics.
